FORMAT
The entire race will be run on Thunderhill's 3-mile Classic layout. Saturday will run the Classic Direction (Counter-Clockwise). Sunday will run the Classic Reverse Direction (Clockwise).
SPECTATORS
All-access / all-weekend spectator pass is $30 (click here); spectator pass covers race days and pre-race test & inspection day. Spectators have full paddock access but DO NOT have hot-pit access. Spectators are not allowed to touch a race car—anyone wrenching, fueling, etc. needs to register on a team as a crew member.

TBA: Optional Friday Test Day. As the race approaches, Friday Test Day details will be shared here and by email.
Noon-5pm: BS & Tech. Teams are assigned specific tech times. That’s your time. No changes.
Noon-5pm: Gear tech
TBA: Track walk is only allowed after track cleaning has been completed, so listen for announcements: DO NOT go on track without clear staff approval. No motorized vehicles, careful bicycles ok.
7 pm: Quiet Hours begin--No race motors (through 7:30 am)

7pm: Vodden’s PA piped directly to all phones within two miles. Better get far away.
ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN
•All participants must be pre-registered.
•You must sign Lemons waiver before entering.
•Drivers must show a valid, current, unrestricted street license.
PARKING/PADDOCK/FACILITIES
•Except for reserved garages where offered, all parking is first-come first-served.
•Every team entry (ie, one racecar) gets 20x40 of paddock--keep it contained!
•Please don't bring extraneous crap into the paddock--park it remote.
•The timing tower is off limits; no civvy access.
BS/CAR TECH
•Your team's BS/Car Tech time will be assigned. A couple days before the race, assigned tech times will be sent via email and linked from the schedule above.
•Complete your tech sheet BEFORE coming to tech.
GEAR TECH
•Gear Tech is first-come first-served; show up whenever you like.
•Gear Tech locations vary--just look for the station near Tech or HQ.
•If needed, we can check stragglers during the race onesy-twosey. You might have to wait a bit, though.
•Wear your full safety gear, including head-and-neck restraint, to Gear Tech. (Helmet can be off.)
FUELING
•Fueling only in hot pits (or track's permanent pumps where provided).
•No fueling in paddock during the race.
•Everyone in fueling area must be in full safety gear.
•Registered drivers & crew only in fueling area--no spectators.
•No staging: Bring your supplies, fuel up, then take everything away again.
•No assigned or saved hot-pit spots.
•Don't park support vehicles near the fuel area.
•Kill switch off; no one in car; drip pan; dedicated extinguisher person are all mandatory while fueling.
•Only fueling, driver change, windshield cleaning, and cool-suit ice changes allowed in the hot pit. For everything else (tire pressure, fluid checks, engine swaps) go to the paddock.
•If using track pumps, no one can be in the car and kill switch must be off.
•If using track pumps, full gear recommended but not required.
•Using the track pumps means using the track pumps--your own fuel or jugs aren't allowed there.
Overnight Camping: One camping fee (paid in the team's online reg) covers overnight dry camping for all team members.
Electrical Hookups, Special RV Spots, Etc: Lemons does NOT control hookups or RV parking. If rentable at all, reserving a special RV spot or hookup is strictly between you and the track--please go to their website or call them directly.

Bathrooms, Showers, Running Water: Yes
Is Fuel Sold at the Track?: Yes
Vodden Quiet Hours: David promises not to use the PA between 7:43pm and 7:49pm
Race Motor Quiet Hours: 7pm to 7:30am
Sound Limit: 103dB. If you are over, be prepared to be black flagged.
Special Pit Vehicle Rules: No ATVs, motorcycles, or other motorized vehicles off pavement
Fuel Drop Fee: Thunderhill charges a drop fee for bringing in 55-gallon or larger containers--inquire with track before bringing large fuel containers onsite
No skateboards, hoverboards, or razor-type scooters
Waste Oil: Recycle at marked stations near fuel pump; all other used fluids must be taken away by teams
Fluid Spills: Dilute with water and seek track assistance immediately
PADDOCK SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH ALWAYS!
