6pm-11pm: Gates open for early arrival and setup. You may be charged a Thursday-only camping fee by the track should you stay.

Friday, 29 June 2018
7am: Gates Open
8:30am: Drivers meeting for those testing on Friday
9am-5pm
Gingerman hosted test day. $200 per car. (Signup link). Testers must pre-register.
1pm-5pm: Mandatory Friday tech inspection. Every car and at least one driver per team must be present for Friday tech. No Saturday tech will be offered.
5:15 Rookie Meeting

9am: Mandatory drivers' meeting
10am-7pm: Race Session I

FUEL RULES
• Fueling only in designated Fuel Area (defined @ driver’s meeting.)
• Two people minimum, one holding extinguisher
• All people in Fuel Area must wear the same safety gear as a driver 
• Engine and kill switch must be OFF during fueling
• NO ONE ALLOWED IN THE CAR DURING FUELING
• A NEW DRIVER CAN GO INTO THE CAR AFTER FUELING
• ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER WORK DURING FUELING (no tire checks, etc.)
