SPECTATOR TICKETS
All-access spectator passes $30 at the gate. Kids under 16 free.

Pre-Race Testing: Pre-Race Testing: Runs Friday 9am-5pm with a one hour lunch break. $200 per team with up to 6 drivers. (MSR members $150.) Register with MSR Houston at this link. Number of team members must be declared when registering, and all driving team members must check in at the MSR office before going on track. Questions - call: 281-369-0677

LAST MINUTE UPDATE: The track's fuel pumps will be back online before our event. MSR HOUSTON has stated they will not allow 55 gallon drums on site, if caught with a 55 gallon drum you will be asked to remove it from the property. 5-Gallon containers are OK.

5pm-10pm: Early trailer drop off. Cost is $5. Don't arrive early and block the gates. Gates close at 10pm. If you're camping, you can stay Thursday night. 

Friday, 9 November 2018
7am: Gates open
9am-5pm: MSR operated test day. $200 per car, online registration link above.
Noon-5pm: Mandatory Friday tech inspection. Every car and at least one driver per team must be present for Friday tech. No Saturday tech will be offered.
5:15pm: Mandatory meeting for Lemons Rookies. Meeting will be held in the tech area immediately after tech.

THE CARS: MANDATORY LIGHTING
This is a night race on an unlit track. Each team must provide its own illumination. While good-quality, properly aimed OE headlights are generally up to this task, aftermarket driving and/or fog lights are also legal. DON'T OVERTHINK IT: A small number of high-quality, properly mounted, correctly aimed headlights or driving lights is much more effective than a large number of crappy add-ons, or overpowered projector lights, or fancy-pants spots.
During daylight hours forward lights may be removed if desired.
Lights, mounts, and associated switches ans wires are considered safety items and DO NOT count towards the $500 build total.
From dusk to dawn, all cars must have at least two working headlights, one working taillight, and one working brakelight. Multifilament combination tail/brake lights are acceptable.
The center of all lights must be no higher than 6" above the car's hoodline; roof-mounted lights are not allowed.
There is no limit on the total number of lights. However, lights must not be unduly dazzling or distracting to others.
All lights must be properly aimed. Cars with mis-aimed lights may be black-flagged.
Teams whose lights are deemed overly dazzling, insufficiently bright, badly aimed, or problematic in any other way may be black-flagged at any time.
All lights must be present and working during tech inspection.
