ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN
•All participants must be pre-registered.
•You must sign Lemons waiver before entering.
•Drivers must show a valid, current, unrestricted street license.

PARKING/PADDOCK/FACILITIES
•Except for reserved garages where offered, all parking is first-come first-served.
•Every team entry (ie, one racecar) gets 20x40 of paddock--keep it contained!
•Please don't bring extraneous crap into the paddock--park it remote.
•The timing tower is off limits; no civvy access.

BS/CAR TECH
•Your team's BS/Car Tech time will be assigned. A couple days before the race, assigned tech times will be sent via email and linked from the schedule above.
•Complete your tech sheet BEFORE coming to tech.

GEAR TECH
•Gear Tech is first-come first-served; show up whenever you like.
•Gear Tech locations vary--just look for the station near Tech or HQ.
•If needed, we can check stragglers during the race onesy-twosey. You might have to wait a bit, though.
Wear your full safety gear, including head-and-neck restraint, to Gear Tech. (Helmet can be off.)

FUELING
•Fueling only in hot pits (or track's permanent pumps where provided).
No fueling in paddock during the race.
•Everyone in fueling area must be in full safety gear.
•Registered drivers & crew only in fueling area--no spectators.
•No staging: Bring your supplies, fuel up, then take everything away again.
•No assigned or saved hot-pit spots.
•Don't park support vehicles near the fuel area.
•Kill switch off; no one in car; drip pan; dedicated extinguisher person are all mandatory while fueling.
•Only fueling, driver change, windshield cleaning, and cool-suit ice changes allowed in the hot pit. For everything else (tire pressure, fluid checks, engine swaps) go to the paddock.
•If using track pumps, no one can be in the car and kill switch must be off.
•If using track pumps, full gear recommended but not required.
•Using the track pumps means using the track pumps--your own fuel or jugs aren't allowed there.

YOKOHAMA TIRES
•Tell your BS judge if you're on Yokohamas--a set of new tires gets awarded to one Yokohama-shod car at each race!
•Want to run Yokohamas? See their handy guide to Lemons-ready tires.

Pits and Paddock

Pits and Paddock

Paddock Vehicles: Whether motorized or not, only vehicles with seats may be used in the paddock. (No razor scooters, no One-Wheels, etc.) All non-street-legal paddock vehicles must obtain a Road America Paddock Vehicle Pass ($30) in person at the Road America Admin Office (open 8am-5pm Friday and 8am-noon Saturday).

Golf Cart Rentals: Should you eat too much bratwurst, golf carts can be rented ($375/weekend) in person at the Road America Admin Office (open 8am-5pm Friday and 8am-noon Saturday).

Camping: The Main Paddock will be open to all teams, but it's pretty tight--each team will be limited to a 20x40' space. That means everything associated with your team (race car, trailer, RV, support vehicle, caterer, masseuse) must fit into a 20x40' space or be moved to overflow/spectator parking.

Anything that does not fit in the main paddock's 20x40' space must go to Overflow/Spectator parking. Spaces there are not size-limited, and there are far more power hookups for RVs. Specific spots in the Overflow area are also first come, first served.

There is no additional charge for RV parking or power hookups, but all teams staying overnight at the track (including RV, car, and tent campers) must select the camping option online (the camping toggle is in the Car Info section of your online registration).

Bathrooms, Showers, Running Water: TBA
Is Fuel Sold at the Track?: TBA
Special Quiet Hours: TBA
PADDOCK SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH ALWAYS!
ALL VEHICLES (INCLUDING BICYCLES) MUST USE LIGHTING AT NIGHT
NO FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS
NO DRONES ALLOWED
NO RACE ENGINES FROM 6PM-8AM
