SPECTATORS
Walk-up spectators will NOT be allowed at Thunderhill. All people through the gate (including family/friends/kids) must be preregistered as Crew on your online team page before the database closes. Local/track restrictions are preventing spectators for this specific event--for spectator info for other races, check the individual event pages.

5:30pm-11pm: Gates open for early arrivals

Friday, 28 May 2021
7am: Gates open
9-4 (approx): Optional track testing. 
Noon-5pm: BS & Tech at the track. Teams are assigned specific tech times. You'll get yours by email before the race. That's your time: No changes. [Tech Times can be found here]
Noon-5pm: Gear Tech
5:30-6:30pm: Track Walk...NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES
Midnight: Gates close

9:30am: Grid time--show up soon!
10am-6pm: Race Session I

COVID RULES
•At this time, we will be enforcing the following. If there are changes, they will be posted here first. 
•Maintain six feet of social distance from anyone not on your team.
•Masks required in indoor public spaces. Masks optional but strongly encouraged outdoors. Always follow all local mask rules and CDC guidelines
•Stay home if you have symptoms.
•Tell Lemons officials immediately if you have symptoms on site.

PARKING/PADDOCK/FACILITIES
•Keep 10' of space (the width of a city bus) between paddock spots. 
•Please don't bring extra vehicles--we can't waste the paddock space!
•The timing tower is off limits--please keep out. 

REGISTRATION
•Only preregistered team members will be allowed in the gate. All Drivers and Crew must check in at the gate, sign the Lemons waiver, and get a Participant wristband before entering.
•Drivers must check in separately with a valid street license at Lemons HQ to get a Driver wristband (Crew members only need the Participant wristband obtained at the gate).
•Lemons HQ will be located outdoors near Tech Inspection. We will NOT be using the indoor space beneath the tower for registration. 

BS/CAR TECH
•Your team's BS/Car Tech time will be assigned. View your team's tech time at the link above.
•Complete your tech sheet BEFORE coming to BS/Car Tech.

GEAR TECH
Wear your full safety gear, including head-and-neck restraint, to gear tech. Helmet can be off, so be masked.
•Gear Tech takes place dudring regular tech hours. If you miss it, just go the Penalty Box for a onesy-twosy inspection.

FUELING (PLEASE NOTE NEW PROCEDURE FOR THUNDERHILL)
•Fueling will be in the hot pits (and track pumps). No fueling in your paddock space during the race.
•Everyone in the fueling area must be in full safety gear.
•Everyone in the fueling area must be a registered driver or crew member--no spectators.
•Bring your supplies up, fuel the car, and take it all away. No staging of fuel or gear.
•There are no assigned hot-pit spots.
•Don't park support vehicles near the fuel area.
•Kill switch off; no one in car; drip pan in place; and a dedicated extinguisher person are all mandatory while fueling.
•Only fueling, driver change, and cool-suit ice changes allowed in the hot pit. For everything else (tire pressure, fluid checks, engine swaps) go to the paddock.
•Full gear not required at track pumps, but no one can be in the car and the kill switch must be off.

Each racecar's paddock space is 40x20--anything that doesn't fit in that space must go to overflow parking on skidpad.
Concession: Will be open 7am-3pm each day
Camping: Yes
Electrical Hookups: First come, first served
Bathrooms, Showers, Running Water: Yes
Fuel Sold at the Track: Yes
Fuel Drop Fee: Thunderhill charges a drop fee for bringing in 55-gallon or larger containers--inquire with track before bringing large fuel containers onsite
No skateboards, hoverboards, or razor-type scooters
Vodden Quiet Hours: David promises not to talk before 7am or after 10pm
Race Motor Quiet Hours: No race motors from 7pm to 7:30am
Special Pit Vehicle Rules: No ATVs, motorcycles, or other motorized vehicles off pavement
Waste Oil: Recycle at marked stations near fuel pump; all other used fluids must be taken away by teams
Fluid Spills: Dilute with water and seek track assistance immediately
PADDOCK SPEED LIMIT IS 10MPH ALWAYS
